Dr. Helen Wright

Dr Helen Wright is a highly regarded global leader with an energetic career spanning almost 3 decades in UK and international education. She led schools and held national and international roles in education in the UK and Australia for over 13 years until 2014, before embarking on an independent portfolio career in leadership recruitment, executive coaching and governance advisory. As an International Education Advisor, with a warm yet determinedly incisive style, she challenges and coaches educational and other leaders globally to think and act ambitiously. She holds several Board Director roles, and she recruits international school leaders as an Associate of LSC Education. She currently works with schools, leaders and companies in countries including the Middle East, UAE, China, India, Europe and the UK.

Gavin McCormack 

Gavin McCormack is a Montessori educator, author, and co-founder of Upschool, a platform that empowers children through real-world learning. Recognised as one of the top ten most influential global educators, he has built schools, libraries, and teacher training centres worldwide. A TEDx speaker and Montessori Australia Ambassador, Gavin champions education that nurtures resilience, independence, and purpose. His best-selling books and keynote talks inspire teachers and parents globally. Through Upschool, he provides free courses for children and impactful teacher training, reshaping education to ignite curiosity and meaningful learning.

Dr. Emanuel Vincent

Dr. Emanuel Vincent is a globally recognised education consultant with over 25 years of experience in Special Education, Leadership, and Policy Innovation. At Pinkgrape Consulting (PGC), he partners with schools, policymakers, and organisations to drive inclusive education, policy reform, and leadership development. A Fulbright exchange and Carnegie Fellow, he has contributed to global education initiatives and systemic change. Dr. Vincent mentors educators through AIELOC, writes for GESS, and has been honoured with the Massachusetts Education Policy Fellowship. He remains committed to equity, innovation, and empowering future education leaders worldwide.
