Meet Our Editor-In-Chief

Dearest Reader, It is my honour to welcome you to TheGazette!
Voices of Future Generations Arabia is more than a writing competition – it is a community of young changemakers who believe in the power of their voices to make a difference. VoFG provides an inspiring platform for children to express their ideas, learn about sustainability, and share their visions with the world. The Gazette aims to educate, entertain, and inspire – a celebration of young creativity and a new chapter in Young Voices of Arabia’s journey, which began in 2019 thanks to the vision of Her Highness Sheikha Hissa bint Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Goodwill Ambassador for VoFG in the region.

Led by Young Voices, Powered by Purpose

Led by the published authors of Young Voices of Arabia, The Gazette introduces students to journalism, reporting, and research, broadening their horizons beyond creative writing. It provides a platform for our writing community to grow, collaborate, and refine their craft while gaining valuable research, editorial, and digital content skills.

School Collaboration

At the heart of The Gazette lies a spirit of school-wide collaboration, bringing together students, teachers, and leaders to promote sustainability through storytelling. By encouraging participation across grades and departments, the newsletter showcases each school’s unique eco-clubs, awareness campaigns, and green innovations. These efforts strengthen community bonds and inspire a shared commitment to a fairer, more sustainable future.
